Rules and Regulations For Teachers and Staff

1. Teachers must be present on the school premises at least 5 minutes before the warning bell is rung for morning assembly.

2. Using a mobile phone while in the class is only allowed for official use. As an illustration, searching about the lesson or using a talking dictionary.

3. No personal relations to visit the teacher during the class. In case of any significant matter, the visitor can meet a teacher at the discretion and satisfaction of the administration.

4. If a teacher remains absent for any important task much intimate the administrator regarding this at least one day in advance. Moreover, he/she should ask any staff member to be a substitute teacher and discuss the following day's lesson beforehand.

5. All the class/homework of the students must be properly checked and correction must be done/given for practice. A teacher must put his/her signature with the date after checking the assignment.

6. Teachers have to speak English within the premises of the school. Moreover, don't let the students interact in any other language other than English. Any student communicating in any other language much be warned by the teacher or else much be sent to the office. Only lower classes students are exempted from this rule.

7. Teachers have to perform their duties on time asked by the administration, otherwise, an intolerable and disciplinary action may be initiated against him/her.

8. Submit your attendance sheet every Friday to the office. And if a student has more than 3 days of absences without sending any application must be sent to the office.

9. Teachers have to keep watch that classrooms are not be made dirty nor any pencil marks, scratches. Train the students accordingly.

10. All the staff has to mention the time of his/her arrival and departure on the attendance sheet along with the signature. A teacher can not leave the school without informing the administrator in between teaching hours or class timing

Rules and Regulations For Students

1. Show respect for the teacher, your classmates, and yourself! Be on time! (inside the classroom and in your assigned seat when the bell rings).

2. Raise your hand before you speak in class and not make a noise in class.

3. No food or drink is permitted in the classroom except for bottled water.

4. Students are expected to dress appropriately for school in order that their clothes do not interfere with learning.

5. Radios, iPods, tape recorders, CD players, cameras, and other electronic devices should not be brought to school.

6.  Attendance and promptness to school and all classes are compulsory.

7. In order to promote safety, students should go only to those sections of the building where they have been scheduled. 

8. In order to avoid disorderly or dangerous situations, students should follow directions from teachers in class or other school personnel.

9. Students must come to school punctually and neatly dressed. Students must reach the campus by 8.10 a.m. No students will be allowed to wear sandals. A fine of 10/-Rupees will be collected for improper uniform. If a student is late, a fine of 50/-Rupees will be collected. The school main gate will be closed at   8.20 am and after that, no entry will be allowed.

10. Request for leave for family functions must be made at least two days in advance otherwise fine will be collected.
